Obama's Internet ID Plot Being Tested In Two States
A plot by the Obama administration to impose Internet IDs on Americans is now officially being rolled out, with pilot programs for the controversial online “driver’s license” scheme already beginning in both Michigan and Pennsylvania.
According to the White House, the virtual “Identity Ecosystem” being funded and pushed by the federal government is supposed to make the Internet more “secure” and “convenient.”
Critics across the political spectrum, however, are warning that the Orwellian scheme only makes it more convenient for the feds to spy on people, control the public, and suppress dissent.
Indeed, critics, who have been sounding the alarm bells for years, say the plot — a version of which is already in place under the brutal communist regime ruling mainland China — represents a major danger to privacy, free speech, Internet freedom, and more. Organizations and activists from virtually every point on the political spectrum are gearing up to "vehemently" oppose the plan and its brazen threats to freedom — not to mention the constitutional and practical problems it entails.
Officially known as the “National Strategy for Trusted Identities in Cyberspace,” or NSTIC for short, outlines of the plan were initially floated by the Obama administration’s “Homeland Security” apparatus in 2010.
Faced with an overwhelming and fierce public rejection of the plot at the time, though, it appears to have remained largely on hold over the last several years —
until now, that is. Under various executive decrees and programs, the Commerce Department’s National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is partnering with government agencies in Michigan and Pennsylvania to test out the online ID plot. It is already seeking other entities to participate as well, including companies.

The Democrats’ War on Money in Politics is Complete BS
Contrary to what you’ll see in the media over and over this campaign cycle, the top ten donors gave much more money to liberal campaigns than to those on the right, up to this point in the 2014 midterm election. The Democrats have made it known very clearly that their campaign tactic will be to target the Koch Brothers in order to make themselves appear to be the plucky do-gooders facing overwhelming odds. The top ten donors so far for the 2014 cycle include the city of New York, the Democrat Governor’s Association, and the National Education Association, and a handful of unions – all of which gave overwhelmingly to Democrat candidates, and towards liberal outside spending groups. If anyone should be whining and moaning about being at a disadvantage from big time donors, it’s conservatives. Here’s a graph of both kinds of contributions put together.

Laughable (The Jokes on US!!!): The Clintons
Hillary Rodham Clinton, as a New York State Senator, now comes under this
fancy "Congressional Retirement and Staffing Plan," which means that even
if she never gets re-elected, she STILL receives her Congressional salary until
she dies. If Bill out-lives her, he then inherits HER salary until HE dies. He is
already getting his Presidential salary until he dies. If Hillary out-lives Bill, she
also gets HIS salary until she dies. Guess who pays for that? WE DO
.
It's common knowledge that in order for her to establish NY residency, they
purchased a million dollar-plus house in upscale Chappaqua. New York . Makes
sense. They are entitled to Secret Service protection for life. Still makes sense.
Here is where it becomes interesting. Their mortgage payments hover at around
$10,000 per month. BUT, an extra residence HAD to be built within the acreage to
house the Secret Service agents. The Clintons charge the Federal government
$10,000 monthly rent for the use of that extra residence, which is just about
equal to their mortgage payment. This means that we, the taxpayers, are Clinton's
salary, mortgage, transportation, safety & security, as well as the salaries for their
12 man staff- and, this is all perfectly legal!

US Navy to Build Robots with Morals, Offers $7.5M to Whoever Can Create Machine with Human Consciousness
IBT...The Office of Navel Research in the US is awarding $7.5 million in grant money over five years for university researchers, to try and build robots with morals and the sense of right and wrong.
The grant, given to scientists from Turfts, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Brown, Yale and Georgetown, will be used to explore ways to build an autonomous robot with a consciousness, quite like humans.
"Even though today's unmanned systems are 'dumb' in comparison to a human counterpart, strides are being made quickly to incorporate more automation at a faster pace than we've seen before," Paul Bello, director or the cognitive science program at the Office of Naval Research, told Defense One.

Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel Announces City Jobs, Internships Will Go to Illegal Aliens
In a recent proclamation, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel announced that he intends to give city jobs and internships to so-called “DREAMers,” youngsters in the country illegally.
In the announcement, Emanuel proudly stated that “for the first time” Chicago is “opening up nearly 23,000 City-funded internship, volunteer, and job opportunities for undocumented students, or ‘DREAMers.’”
“DREAMers and DACA recipients are assets that we need to nurture and develop like precious natural resources for the benefit of the entire community,” Congressman Luis V. Gutiérrez (D-IL) says in the announcement. “They are an integral part of Chicago’s workforce of tomorrow. Once again, the City of Chicago and Mayor Rahm Emanuel are leading the way on the inclusion of our immigrant communities.”
The announcement goes on to lament the “barriers” that illegal alien teens find to gaining city jobs:
In December 2012, the Chicago New Americans Plan highlighted barriers that DREAMer students faced, including language barriers and information gaps about the opportunities available to them. These impediments have in the past served as an obstacle for these students and their families, in some cases preventing them from accessing critical enrichment programs.It seems that one “barrier” was not taken notice of – that these students are not citizens and not legally eligible for such opportunities.

Eric Holder Just Sent This Threatening Letter To All Public Schools
Along with the Department of Education, Eric Holder’s Justice Department is reminding public schools in no uncertain terms that they are obligated to provide all children with an education regardless of their immigration status.
In an apparent attempt to clarify existing guidelines, the federal government sent a letter to schools indicating the agencies are “aware of student enrollment practices that may chill or discourage the participation, or lead to the exclusion, of students.”
The letter emphasizes how loose the restrictions are regarding what type of documentation schools are required to accept, basically meaning there is no excuse for questioning why a child obviously in the country illegally is receiving taxpayer-funded schooling and/or child care.
“We want to be sure every school leader understand the legal requirements under the Constitution and federal laws,” the letter states, “and it is our hope that this update will address some of the misperceptions out there.”
One is hard pressed, however, to find any mention of the government’s responsibility to provide free education to criminal inhabitants within the structure of the U.S. Constitution. In any case, the letter goes on to spell out requirements in no uncertain terms.
“The message here is clear,” it read, “let all children who live in your district enroll in your public schools.”

Reporter Detained By Capital Hill Police For Trying To Ask EPA Chief A Question
A reporter has been detained by Capitol Hill police for trying to ask a question of Environmental Protection Agency administrator Gina McCarthy.
Bloomberg BNA energy reporter Ari Natter tweeted about being detained.

Natter was detained while covering the American Council On Renewable Energy conference, where McCarthy spoke. Also speaking at the conference was Rhode Island Democratic Sen.
