No we can't build a security fence on our southern border. No we can't deport people who've entered our country illegally. No we can't allow a small percentage of social security funds to be held in individual retirement accounts. No we can't reduce government spending, waste and corruption. No we can't adopt a less complicated tax system that would help to expand the economy. No we can't allow medical professionals and their patients to control the healthcare system. No we can't create a voucher program that would allow millions of poor children to attend schools that are capable of teaching them how to read and write. No we can't allow parents to be involved in the reproductive decisions of their minor children. No we can't fund technologically advanced weapons systems for our military. No we can't thin out our nation's forests in order to prevent massive wildfires from erupting on a regular basis. No we can't tolerate free speech on talk radio. No we can't cut off government funding to "artists" who use our money to insult our religious beliefs. No we can't allow the general public to determine the definition of marriage. No we can't prevent the government from seizing private property for the purpose of selling it to large corporations which generate greater tax revenues than individuals. No we can't scrutinize the scientific evidence behind the man-made global warming hypothesis. No we can't tolerate religious leaders who denounce homosexuality. No we can't smoke cigarettes on private property. No we can't outlaw the murder of unborn children. No we can't allow Christian symbols to be displayed in public squares at Christmas time. No we can't employ terrorist profiling techniques at airports. No we can't fire Marxist teachers from institutions of higher learning who spew anti-American rhetoric in class and seek to erode the moral foundation of their students. No we can't carry handguns for personal protection. No we can't order foods that contain trans fats at our favorite restaurants. No we can't stop Iran from building nuclear weapons. No we can't question the patriotism of neo-communist radicals and terrorist sympathizers. No we can't impose the death penalty on unrepentant serial killers. And no we can't remove from office judges who rewrite our Constitution from the bench.
Yes we can vote into the highest public office in the land a completely unqualified liberal activist just because he happens to be half black, but no we can't live as our forebears intended, with limited government interference in our lives, an expectation of equality under the law, and genuine pride in our country.

A story of Big Brother gone MAD from the "Enlightened Brits"....
Social services faced outrage yesterday for taking four obese children from their parents. The couple have lost a three-year battle with the authorities and their youngest children – girls aged 11, seven and one, and a boy of five – will either be ‘fostered without contact’ or adopted. The move follows a failed attempt to solve the children’s weight problem by putting the family in a ‘Big Brother’ house, having a social worker present to monitor all meal times, and imposing a curfew and strict rules about their lifestyle. The couple were given a three-month deadline to bring down their weight. After that failed, the family were moved into a two-bedroom flat. In one report the family was sanctioned for letting the one yr. old "crawl around the house"! The strain of constantly being monitored is said to have led to the 56-year-old father moving out in January this year. He said: ‘To have a social worker stand and watch you eat is intolerable. I want other families to know what can happen once social workers become involved.
‘We will fight to the end to get our beloved children back.‘

Today and tomorrow we are having a "Day of Remembrance" for the victims and the heroes of 9/11.
There will be much said about the sacrifice made by so many on that day 10 yrs. ago, and much will be ballyhooed in the press and by the Washington elite on this day. That means nothing to me. I still carry those many feelings in my heart that I felt on that day, and I pray for those First Responders and the families of the fallen. Let this be as it may...I offer you the story of a SURVIVOR!
I would like to honor those US servicemen and women who have fought, and will continue to fight against an evil which would dominate us and our entire world. Tyranny, and oppression will always be at our very door, and must be fought at home and abroad. The names and the faces of evil have changed, but the battle is still raging.

Albert "Doc" Brown was almost 40 when he was forced by Japanese soldiers to make the infamous 65-mile Bataan Death March to a POW camp along with thousands of other American GIs in 1942. Suffering wounds and broken bones, Brown survived years as a prisoner, but a doctor told him not to expect to make it to 50.
He made it to 105, dying this weekend (one month ago) in a Nashville nursing home, the Associated Press reports.
Brown suffered beatings, torture, a bayonet wound, a broken back and neck, and malaria, dengue fever, dysentery and about a dozen other tropical diseases as a Japanese prisoner during WWII.
"Doc's story had as much relevance for today's wounded warriors as it did for the veterans of his own era," said Kevin Moore, co-author of the recently released "Forsaken Heroes of the Pacific War: One Man's True Story," which details Brown's experience.
"The underlying message for today's returning veterans is that there's hope, not to give in no matter how bleak the moment may seem," Moore said. "You will persevere and can find the promise of a new tomorrow, much like Doc had found."
NASA's James Hanson wants Obama arrested for going forward with the Keystone XL pipeline.
This raises a question: if the Keystone XL pipeline is approved, can we make a citizen’s arrest on Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama for violating the Energy Independence and Security Act? If they were put in the back of a hot paddy wagon in DC and held for at least several hours with their hands tied behind their backs, maybe they would have a chance to think over this matter more clearly.
Once in a while I hear a story that revives my faith in leadership. This does not mean the leadership of our "Federal Family" in Washington DC however.
The story posted below is an old one but I recieved news from another source; Quinn and Rose; that the decision was recently upheld. The Tribal Council of the Navajo Nation has total sovereignty in making such decisions. I have heard little response from the Gay Mob on the issue, other than one scathing report from MSLSD. Google has wiped most links to the story. As Native Americans belong to a victim's group I doubt if you will see much of an actual Gay backlash...unles someone sees a chance at suing a native casino one day for discrimination of one sort or another.
WINDOW ROCK, Ariz. - The Navajo Nation has outlawed same-sex marriages on its sprawling Indian reservation. The Tribal Council voted unanimously Friday in favor of the Dine Marriage Act of 2005. Dine is the Navajos' name for themselves. The act restricts a recognized union to a relationship between a man and a woman and prohibits plural marriages as well as any marriage between parents and children, grandparents and grandchildren, brothers and sisters and other close relatives. Supporters say the goal is to promote Navajo family values. ''Men and women have been created in a sacred manner. We need to honor this,'' said delegate Harriet Becenti.
Wouldn't it be nice if our disfunctional "Federal Family" would support such solid family values.
Anti-abortion group Faith2Action has led the push for the bill that would outlaw abortions at the first detectable fetal heartbeat.
It said Tuesday the measure is supported by Perry and Voinovich, a Republican and former two-time Ohio governor. The bill drew the backing in May of GOP presidential contenders, including former U.S. House Speaker Newt Gingrich and U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann of Minnesota.
Faith2Action is planning a Statehouse rally in support of the contentious bill on Sept. 20, the first scheduled day back for the Ohio Senate. The Ohio House has already passed the measure. Both chambers are controlled by Republicans.

(Sun Sentinel) — Congressman Allen West said Wednesday the nation hasn’t learned the lessons from the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks largely because political correctness is hobbling political leaders from confronting the threat he sees from Islamic extremists.
West, a Republican who represents Broward and Palm Beach counties, made his comments at a Washington, D.C., event at which he hosted the screening of a conservative Christian group’s film “Sacrificed Survivors: The Untold Story of the Ground Zero Mega Mosque.”
“Have we really learned a lesson from 9/11? I don’t think we have. I think we are so anxious with this fast food type of mentality that we can quickly move beyond something that were not willing to sit back and really assess what is really happening in and around us,” he said.
West said the political correctness intimidates people from saying what he believes is true about Islam.

“I am not sitting up here and condemning people who call themselves Muslims,” West said. “Now is the time we have to challenge this ideology. If we are to peacefully coexist they have to come into the 21st Century and push aside a lot of these 7th Century ideas they still hold.”
West said he thinks that makes Islam a particular threat. “We have to understand that the major religions of the world, Judaism and Christianity did go through reformations. Now when you look at this next major religion, I call it a theocratic political construct ideology, they need to go through a reform of the process as well.
“Ever since Mohammed left Mecca and took his Hijrah to Medina there was a violent turn to this faith that is called Islam. And we must confront that and we must understand that….

Jimmy Hoffa, in his address on September 4, 2011, Jimmy Hoffa instructed his union members to"take these son-of-a-bitches out" and declared war on the TEA Party.

Such statements constitutes numerous acts of domestic terrorism under section 802 of the Patriot Act.
Given that Mr. Hoffa holds a position of power and influence in the Teamsters Union, and that the Teamsters have previously been active in inflicting acts of violence, I am therefore concluding that Mr. Hoffa has instructed his union members to inflict further violent acts.
I view Mr. Hoffa's statement to be one of CULPABLE harm.
Section 802 of the Patriot Act: DOMESTIC TERRORISM:
5) the term `domestic terrorism' means activities that--
(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State; (B) appear to be intended--
(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and (C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.'
I also interpret Mr. Hoffas statements to be intended to instruct his union members to inflict physical harm and mayhem upon those who oppose the Teamster's agenda, and specifically to be inflicted upon those of the TEA Party or those who support the TEA Party.
Therefore, I am filing this criminal complaint upon Jimmy Hoffa. Furthermore, I also file this criminal complaint upon Joe Biden and also Barak Obama who have endorsed the statements of Jimmy Hoffa and request the FBI to file criminal charges upon those three individuals for violations of Section 802 of the Patriot Act.
I will be seeking a Federal Protection Order in Riverside, California District Federal Court, naming Jimmy Hoffa, Joe Biden, and Barak Obama as well as the entire Teamsters Union, and also seek an order from the court to (1) order the teamsters to not infiltrate or seek to disrupt TEA Party events, and to order that the above three named persons, and any member of the Teamsters to refrain from any activities within one thousand feed of my primary residence and place of business.
