I have previously investigated these issues, and found the conclusions drawn here to be based in fact. I am reposting this version for your perusal / data filing and for posterity's sake.

I'd say it deserves to be put into the light for questioning!

New twist on Birth Certificate issue

It was brought to light that back in 1961 people of color were called ‘Colored’ or 'Negroes.'
So how can this 'birth certificate' state he is 'African-American' when the term wasn't even used back then?? This isn't over! This is interesting!

Here is a comment from a reader to George Ure at Urban Survival.com :

"As you all know, Donald Trump made a big deal about Obama's birth certificate.

I will tell you right now that I had never given this "birther" issue any credit. I watched the hype and the crazies come out. I completely dismissed the entire
ordeal altogether.

In fact, it was not until the White House released the birth certificate that it had gained my attention. I am the studious sort of guy, and I have plenty of time on my hands. So, I took a close look at this document.

While I would have thought that this issue would have been closed for good (and, got the crazies to crawl back into their holes), I found three extremely strange inconsistencies that merit some attention.

Firstof all, the birth certificate that the White House released lists Obama's birth as August 4, 1961. It also lists Barack Hussein Obama as his father. No big deal, right? At the time of Obama's birth, it also shows that his father is aged 25 years old, and that Obama's father was born in " Kenya , East Africa ".

This wouldn't seem like anything of concern, except the fact that Kenya did not even exist until 1963, two whole years after Obama's birth, and 27 years after his father's birth. How could Obama's father have been born in a country that did not yet exist?

Up and until Kenya was formed in 1963, it was known as the " British East Africa Protectorate". But, this is not the only thing that I found that just does not jive.

The second item that I looked into was the hospital that Obama was born in. On the birth certificate released by the White House, the listed place of birth is
"Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital ".
This cannot be, because the hospital(s) in question in 1961 were called "Kaui Keolani Children's Hospital" and "Kapi'olani Maternity Home", respectively.

The name did not change to Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until 1978, when these two hospitals merged. How can this particular name of the
hospital be on a birth certificate dated 1961 if this name had not yet been applied to it until 1978?

Go ahead, look it up. I am not talking crazy talk....these are the facts. Like I said, I thought that this was a non-issue until the actual certificate was released. Now that it has been released, of course I had to look into it. I have found these issues, now I know that something is up. If you doubt me, just look at the following resources:

Despite British hopes of handing power to "moderate" African rivals, it was the Kenya African National Union (KANU) of Jomo Kenyatta that formed a government shortly before Kenya became independent on 12 December 1963, on the same day forming the first Constitution of Kenya.

The third item is when did the term African American first start? It was in the ’80’s. Prior to that the term was Black. In the early ‘60’s the term was Colored and prior to that, Negro. Thus his birth certificate should say, Black, Colored or Negro depending on what part of the country one was born in and which term was used but for sure, the term African American wasn’t used when Obama was born. Trevor Loudon...Kohn, the latest addition to the “Fox News Family,” has argued that the Republican Party is trying to “kill women” by cutting funding for Planned Parenthood, the largest abortion provider in the U.S. The Women’s Media Center was founded in 2005 as a “progressive women’s media organization” by writers/activists Jane “Hanoi Jane” Fonda, Robin Morgan and Gloria Steinem.

The goal of the Women’s Media Center in “making women visible and powerful in the media” has achieved a noticeable objective in the hiring of Sally Kohn by the Fox News Channel. But it’s not the only feminist breakthrough with Fox. Jehmu Greene, who became a Fox News contributor in 2010, is a former president of the Women’s Media Center. She is also a Democratic Party operative who was the national director of Project Vote, a group with close ties to the corrupt ACORN organization.

ACORN whistleblower Anita Moncrief, a former Project Vote/ACORN employee, says Project Vote acquired funds to run voter registration drives through ACORN. Rick Santorum was quoted last week saying that government is the petri dish where the atmosphere for job creation is nurtured. I say that in the case of the Obama regime, it is poisoned.

BTW, my new job is a real killer! I have created a position for myself. This IS job creation writ large. I have expanded my duties, and subsequently , my pay scale. YOU and I do this for ourselves in the real world. No one is out there feeling "compassionate" and giving away jobs. The only handouts available always come with a price.

Thousands of Americans are about to lose the part time, temporary Christmas jobs they picked up just to make ends meet. Our unemployment rosters are bursting at the seams. Out on the endless campaign trail, Barack Obama keeps making a big noise about his "jobs" plan, a pig-in-a-poke proposal full of crony pay back yet few if any actual jobs. But Obama REFUSES to do the one thing that could instantly revive the economies of multiple states and make the cost of gas, plastics and petroleum-based products cheaper for all Americans.

All Barack Obama needs to do is APPROVE THE KEYSTONE OIL PROJECT.

VERY QUIETLY OBAMA'S CITIZENSHIP CASE REACHES THE SUPREME COURT

AP - WASHINGTON D.C. -

In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama's qualifications for the presidency, the group "Americans for Freedom of Information" has Released copies of President Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College ... Released today, the transcript school indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.

This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim. The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama's legitimacy and qualification to serve as President article titled, "Obama Eligibility Questioned," leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama's first official visit to the U.K. In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups,

Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama's legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey . This lawsuit claims Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president.. Is Holder Felling The Heat?

Attorney General Eric Holder got a bruising reception from the Republican-dominated House Judiciary Committee that put the Justice Department on the defensive.


Holder answered questions about the botched gun trafficking operation known as "Fast and Furious" in which federal agents tried to build cases against drug cartels. Instead, they lost track of hundreds of weapons that turned up at crime scenes along the Southwest border.


California Republican Darrell Issa, who has led the investigation of Fast and Furious, sought — without success — to force the attorney general to take a formal oath to tell the truth.

He later declared Holder a hostile witness...More at NPR


Utah Republican Rep. Jason Chaffetz hasn’t yet called for Attorney General Eric Holder’s resignation or firing over Operation Fast and Furious, but he offered strong words for the embattled attorney general in a Wednesday interview with The Daily Caller.

Chaffetz told TheDC that Holder’s allegation that critics are motivated by racism was a “ridiculous assertion.”

“The Attorney General is always involved in very serious matters,” Chaffetz said. “It’s the nature of the job. If he can’t handle it and thinks it’s somehow based on something other than his performance, maybe it is time for him to get another job.”

In a front page New York Times story on Sunday, Holder alleged that some of his critics — a group he referred to as the “more extreme segment” — are motivated by racism. “This is a way to get at the president because of the way I can be identified with him,” Holder said of criticism he has received for the Fast and Furious scandal. “Both due to the nature of our relationship and, you know, the fact that we’re both African-American.”


Since then, Holder’s Justice Department, through a spokesperson, attacked the attorney general’s critics again for noticing that he inserted race into a the argument about whether or not he’s competent.

Chaffetz sits on both House committees investigating the program — the House Judiciary Committee and the House oversight committee. Chaffetz, House oversight committee chairman Rep. Darrell Issa and South Carolina Rep. Trey Gowdy have been spearheading the lower chamber’s investigation of Fast and Furious.

Chaffetz hasn’t called for Holder’s resignation or firing, despite a growing number of his colleagues doing so. “As somebody who’s continued to question him in committees and other ways, I’ve wanted to hold back a little bit on that,” Chaffetz explained. (RELATED: Full coverage of Eric Holder)

I have begun to see hints of desperation in the Att. Gen.'s responses to the intensive questioning by Issa and others. Obummer has apparently turned up the heat on his #1 thug to turn this into a racial issue. Barry will focus "LASERLIKE" on his reelection campaign to the detriment of his allies as well as his enemies. HE has no friends...only co-conspirators and cronies who are either paid off or intimidated by HIS power. I still say that Holder will be forced to fall on his own sword before this episode is over.

The New Mooch Year

I think Mooch has been feeling neglected lately.

Her monthly vacation is almost over and DC is soooo gloomy in January, so I thought I would devote some time...and LOTS of space to her today. Buck up MO...BO and you only have a few months of that lousy executive position left. Them ugly, ungrateful Americans will no longer be your concern.

You can then begin to cash in on all those endorsement contracts, like all the other real black stars do.

You have all those lovely magazine covers out there already. Now they will start paying off!

I'll bet there is even a major sports contract waiting out there for a renowned fitness buff such as yourself.

The sci-fi and reality TV industry is on the rebound and many roles are made just for your character.

So start thinking REAL GREEN dearie, HIS time has passed with the quickness, just like Bill Clinton's did.

The Sustainable "RUBBLE CAR"

The EPA has decided that it needs more power over the economy, our living spaces, and our lives. They are about to declare that the US should be on put on a path of “sustainable development” — just like any other third world country — and want the regulatory authority to make it happen.

Fox News:

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency wants to change how it analyzes problems and makes decisions, in a way that will give it vastly expanded power to regulate businesses, communities and ecosystems in the name of “sustainable development,” the centerpiece of a global United Nations conference slated for Rio de Janeiro next June.

The international “sustainable development” freaks want to do stuff like control the size of populations, minimize industrial activity, destroy the corporation, make governments responsible for literally everything, and give the UN a bigger role in economic activity. They believe that a “sustainable” world population is about 900 million. What their plans are for the other 6 billion of us have not been announced.

Real Clear Politics In an interview with KOAA-TV, a local news channel from Colorado Springs, Colorado, President Obama says if Congress is not willing to pass legislation he wants, he will do it himself in order to win another term. Read the transcript below.

Rob Quirk, KOAA-TV: "And one year from today we will know if this a one-term or two-term president. So, I asked the president what will it take from now until then to not only win Colorado again, but reelection as well."

President Obama: "Well, what we're going to have to do is continue to make progress on the economy over the next several months. And where Congress is not willing to act, we're going to go ahead and do it ourselves. But it would be nice if we could get a little bit of help from Capitol Hill."
