In PA Duquense Power is about to start installing smart meters in selected homes. There is more to this "home invasion" than meets the eye. Your personal activities will become public record unless you chose to opt out of this Smart Grid.
One man in Colorado recently came home in the afternoon to find that his hot water tank had been shut off remotely. When questioned about this the Power Authority told him that during peak use hours they would be limiting service to certain areas.
I don't know about you, but I don't want some Moonbat with a bureaucratic liscence telling me when to wash my clothes, or knowing when I am at home and exactly what I do with my time.

I wouldn't let them install any sort of "smart" tech stuff on any of my utilities. People who let big brother in to spy on all their habits are DUMB.
Smart Meters are the Greenies multi-billion dollar boondoggle answer to not building new power plants.
