Work Prep For Dummies

In 1974 I hittchiked to Denver Colorado in three and one half days...FROM PITTSBURGH, PA!!!

Yes, I was a half baked liberal, anti-war activist in those days; making my way from one university to the other; (Colorado State in Boulder in this case).

When I began my memorable trek to the Rockies, I was told by a close friend, "When you arrive in Colorado, drink two Coors beers, no more and no less."

I was curious as to his theory on my transition to the upper climes.

All he did was to inform me that I would not want to drink any more at that point.
I almost adhered to his advice. When I began to inhale that rarified air and started to down my third beer...THEN IT HIT ME...I am a lowlander and I had better slow my pace down a bit and aclimate myself.

I immediately proceded to Colorado Springs and found a job building a steel dome framed church.

MY POINT IS THIS..BARRY WAS STONED!.

WHEN YOU COME TO THE BIG BOY'S ARENA, YOU HAD BETTER BRING YOUR
"A GAME".

AND IF YOU DON'T, IT IS YOUR OWN DAMN FAULT!

The Goracle proffers a theory explaining President Obama’s panned debate performance.
“Obama arrived in Denver at 2 p.m. today — just a few hours before the debate started,” Gore said on his network, Current. “Romney did his debate prep in Denver. When you go to 5,000 feet, and you only have a few hours to adjust, I don’t know…”
Read all about it in Gore’s upcoming book Hypoxia in the Balance. It’s hard to believe Al didn’t find a reason to blame global warming, but maybe he’s saving that for the third presidential debate in Boca.

I have this one long lasting philosophy,,,and no one will ever change this hard and fast conviction of mine! Not even you Odie my compadre...

I WOULD RATHER COME IN SECOND IN THIS RACE THAN LOSE THE BATTLE IN THE END.

I have never been first...BUT I DO WIN!
