It's party time in The House! Let's get it on at the B-Ball Hip Hop Jam and the Gridiron Fest. Then there is just enough time for a round of golf---WOW! We can party with the LADIES to celebrate National Womyn's day. Then we guzzle down with those stupid Irish on St. Patty's day. (I hate the Irish even more than the Bloody Brits.)
A big press bash is coming up and then I have to head way down to Latin America; and those Boys of Brazil really know how to PARTY down in RIO>>

I think he mentions presc. drugs as well--Congress's favorite passtime I think.
