According to Fox News contributor and psychiatrist Dr. Keith Ablow, President Barack Obama has achieved power in order to redistribute the wealth and seek justice for himself and other Americans who he sees as victims after his experiences growing up.

“I think the president, going back to when his dad abandoned him, when his mother left him with his grandparents, when he describes his grandmother as intimating that she didn't trust men of color, that all of those things led him to feel victimized, hurt, and injured, and he has extended it to this country,” Ablow said on "Fox & Friends" Wednesday morning.

“So he comes to the corner office to right wrongs and to offer the mantle of victimization to as many people who will share it with him as possible.”

Fox host Steve Doocy said the victim mentality “would explain why (Obama) doesn't negotiate" with Tea Party Republicans. 
Ablow said Obama seeks to “balance the scales” and “redistribute the wealth” and that the president would say the constitution is a “flawed the document” that’s “hurt so many of us.”

 “So many millions of us, he would say, have been hurt, victimized by the system, victimized by the constitution, which is a flawed document, he would say, that's hurt so many of us,” Balow said.

“The president sees himself as the victim in chief. He is the disempowerment president.”

US debt ceiling crisis – Barack Obama has won the shutdown. His prize is a lame duck presidency

 

The shutdown is basically over and the President has won. Or, at least, he's won because the Republicans have definitely lost. Not only did they not get what they wanted – that "life or death" delay on Obamacare implementation – but they've given the impression of dragging partisanship to new lows. Obamacare had been passed already, the Supreme Court had okayed it and Obama had won an election on it, yet the GOP was still prepared to bring the country to the brink of ruin to cripple it. When Grover Norquist is saying that the Right went too far (he of the "drown government in the bath tub" fame) then the Right probably went a bit too far.

But there are caveats to that narrative. First, the Republicans aren't the only ones who ought to hang their heads in shame. It was the Democrat-controlled Senate that first rejected the House's bill and so sparked the crisis. It was the President who refused to talk to anyone about it (and went campaigning instead). It was the federal government – even when in shutdown – that behaved like a spoiled child, covering war memorials in fences and trying to stop military priests from saying Mass. And it was the mainstream media that took the side of the President and helped foster the impression that the GOP is run by a bunch of blowhard crazy people.

For example, Dave Weigel points out that, contrary to reports, wild child Ted Cruz actually had "no intention" of delaying the critical final vote in the Senate. His image of being Sarah Palin 2.0 is entirely a media myth.

Second, what has Obama really won? He keeps his precious healthcare reform and he gets government open again – but tomorrow morning he'll still have the same gridlocked political system that he had the night before. The shutdown is a rare example of him winning, but remember that this lame duck president has not only had a very simple (and, frankly, inoffensive) gun control bill killed in the Senate but was so spooked by bad poll numbers that he tried to dump responsibility for military action in Syria onto the Congress – before quietly dropping the idea altogether. Any thought that the shutdown payoff will be that he can sail an immigration reform package comfortably through Congress is pure fantasy.

This is a broken presidency living out its last few years either holding off Republican attacks or lazily cruising the country on some pointless, endless, fatuous campaign trail. Obama's administration is politically bankrupt.

The talk for the next week will be about how the Tea Party is dead and Republicans must elect a politically correct, middle-of-the-road, unimaginative, establishment, compromising candidate in 2016 (preferably a singing sloth, 'cos the polls show that Americans just love those). But the reality is that US politics right now is a mess for both Left and Right, and the country is stuck in partisan limbo until the 2014 midterms or even the 2016 presidential election. This is not a Republican problem, it is an American problem.

The bottom line is this. You can’t get justice within the political system in America anymore because the politicians own it. What stopped the mob? The Racketeer Influence and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). What will stop the Obama administration? RICO.

First, the IRS is not a scandal but a branch of the criminal abuse of power that runs in an octopus-like tree fashion throughout America’s government agencies. It is part of the shady backroom deals that became ObamaCare. Did you think it was a coincidence that ObamaCare dramatically expanded the IRS’s authority, size and budget?

Were you surprised when Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius admitted she had pressured pharmaceutical companies to support ObamaCare? Who gets to decide who lives and who dies? ObamaCare’s political appointees and perked bureaucrats do.

What’s ObamaCare? A forced tax for health services you must pay for or else you will be fined for services that these politicos and bureaucrats may or may not give you.

In the mob world, the Obama administration’s activities are called shakedowns, kickbacks, extortion, bribes, and payola.

The political appointees and bureaucrats are the capos, crew, foot soldiers and wise guys. You get paid if you play. If you don’t pay, you don’t get to play. Security and safety comes at a price and anything goes to stay in power. Let’s call the Obama administration what it is: organized crime and treat it as such. The mob, the political mafia currently known as the Obama administration, has taken over Washington. It’s RICO time.

The federal Racketeer Influence and Corrupt Organization Act, written by G. Robert Blakely, a University of Notre Dame law school professor, was enacted in 1970 specifically to target the mob and address the infiltration of legitimate businesses by organized crime.

In the U.S. the act of engaging in criminal activity as a structured group is referred to as “racketeering.”

Today RICO needs to be applied to the political mob that has infiltrated the government agencies and the White House beginning with the IRS and spreading out into other agencies and beyond.

The best part of RICO is that it “provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization.”

That means State and local lawyers, sheriffs, attorney generals, and prosecutors can bypass the corrupted Federal justice system and start throwing down the gauntlet now. From there it will spread up into D.C. “The RICO Act focuses specifically on racketeering. It allows the leaders of a syndicate to be tried for the crimes which they ordered others to do or assisted them, closing a perceived loophole that allowed someone who told a man to, for example, murder, to be exempt from the trial because he did not actually do it.”

What stopped the mob? RICO. What can stop the Obama administration? RICO.

Intimidation, threats, whatever, just like the mafia, the Obama administration’s Justice Department has abusively targeted journalists from Fox News and Associated Press for doing their government watchdog job. Popular radio show host, Canada Free Press columnist, Doug Hagmann, who has been diligently reporting on the Benghazi cover-up, has been specifically singled out and targeted by the National Security Agency (NSA).

Do not be deceived. What happened to Hagmann is far more serious than has been talked about thus far. The NSA wasn’t simply collecting phone numbers and locations as occurred in the Verizon/NSA case that broke after the Hagmann incident was reported. Obama Retreats To Secret Bunker As “Big Event” Draws Near

 

A truly grim “urgent action bulletin” issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) earlier today states that the Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU) has received word from “highly placed” sources within the Pentagon that President Barack Obama this past week cancelled his trip to Asia and has retreated with many of his top aides to the mysterious and newly built White House bunker in preparation for what many in the world’s intelligence agencies are calling the “Big Event.”

Important to note are that these GRU sources were notified by their Pentagon counterparts last week that Obama was preparing to invoke the powers given to him under 50 USC Chapter 13 to hold that various American States are now in a “state of insurrection” thus allowing him to invoke the National Emergencies Act under 50 USC § 1621 and invoke the highly controversial “continuity of government” plan for the United States allowing him, in essence, to rule with dictatorial powers.

Equally important to note, this MoFA bulletin says, is that the mysterious White Bunker was completed last September (2012) at a cost of $86 million (US) and had taken over two years to complete and whose purpose remains clouded in secrecy.

Critical to note, this bulletin says, is that Obama quietly last month extended the post-9/11 Declaration of National Emergency thus giving him the power to take over America should he so choose.

Joining Obama in his plan to take over United States, this bulletin continues, are his journalist cohorts (otherwise known as “presstitutes”) who now include America’s top conservative reporters who were summoned yesterday to a secret “off-record” White House meeting with the President.

To what end Obama is ordering his propaganda media allies to prepare the American people for, this bulletin further states, can be gleaned from their recent reporting which includes:

1.)    Former US Assistant Secretary of the Treasury Paul Craig Roberts who is advocating that Obama declare a National Emergency and rule as dictator.

2.)    US Congress member Sheila Jackson Lee who is advocating that Obama declare Martial Law.

3.)    New York Times columnist Thomas Friedman who is advocating that the American people stand with Obama as democracy itself is at stake.

4.)    New York Times guest columnist and professor of history at Princeton University Sean Wilentz warning that the Obama regime has neglected to do its utmost to defend the Constitution punish Republicans he said have brought their country to ruin.

5.)    Nobel Prize winning economist Paul Krugman advocating that Obama create a Constitutional crisis in order to defy Republican blackmailers.

Of the greatest danger facing the American people, MoFA historical analysts in this bulleting say, is Obama becoming a modern day Abraham Lincoln, who was the 16^th President of The United States and who engineered its 1861-1865 Civil War.

Like Obama, Lincoln was elected during one of the most divisive periods of American history with the issue then being over the rights of the individual States versus the central federal government in regards to slavery.

Lincoln, who had proclaimed prior to his becoming President that “eliminating every last black person from American soil would be “a glorious consummation,” and who in his First Inaugural Address stated “I have no purpose, directly or indirectly, to interfere with the institution of slavery in the States where it exists. I believe I have no lawful right to do so, and I have no inclination to do so,” nevertheless forced his nation into civil war and became the first leader of the United States to suspend its Constitution and rule with dictatorial powers.

Today many Lincoln scholars and Obama supporters, reports the Canadian Free Press, say that Lincoln saved the Constitution by suspending constitutional liberty in the North for the entire duration of his administration. He supposedly “had to destroy constitutional liberty in order to save it.”

Lincoln further regarded the US Constitution as an unnecessary impediment to his political ambitions by exhibiting his total disregard for the law of the land (the law of America’s founders) by launching a military invasion against the South without the consent of the US Congress.

Lincoln suspended habeas corpus and imprisoned thousands without trial for opposing his political policies, censored communications and even imprisoned numerous publishers of newspapers who wrote in opposition of his tactics, confiscated firearms, and as this article warns: “Is any of this beginning to sound familiar?”

So today, this bulletin continues, Obama has become the first President in American history to declare he will not negotiate with his equal counterparts in the US Congress, has ordered Federal workers to “make life as difficult for people as we can,” has  suspended all oversight of his massive NSA spying apparatus has the most terrible and feared secret police force since the Cold War, and controls over 120,000 armed Federal agents he can unleash upon his people at a moments notice and that has been described as “equally as powerful as the US military.”

And in its summation, this bulletin warns, with Obama now “secure in his bunker,” threatening priests with arrest if they minister to US soldiers, and US banks stuffing ATMs with 20-30% more cash in case of panicked withdrawals, these GRU warnings of a “Big Event” soon to occur in the United States cannot be dismissed as they may, in fact, point to a complete overturning of America in the coming weeks.

On Aug. 21, the day of Syria’s alleged chemical weapons attack, President Barack Obama called senior aides together into the White House’s secure, high-tech national security Situation Room to discuss … Obamacare.

The White House released an official photograph of the meeting, which had been scheduled before the apparent massacre, on its Flickr stream. It shows the president at the head of the table in the basement nerve center’s main conference room, apparently addressing officials on various video-conference screens.

The Arrival Of The "Thug Nation"

 

Advocating for the passage of a clean continuing resolution that would, at least temporarily, end the current standoff in Washington and reopen the government, Lee said there were enough members of Congress who would vote for the resolution.

“It’s something called a continuing resolution, but it’s a bill that you put on the floor that has been passed already by Republicans and Democrats in the United States Senate….that we could vote on today,” said Lee, adding, “We have martial law – what that means – and my colleagues know what it means – is that you can put a bill on in just minutes.”

 

The last time martial law was mentioned by a member of Congress was back in 2008 when Rep. Brad Sherman revealed how lawmakers were threatened with “martial law in America” by then Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson if they rejected the TARP bailout package.

The Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit in Bali was graced by the presence of Secretary of State John Kerry, a stand-in for Barack Obama, who decided to stay home so he could refuse to negotiate with the GOP-led House of Representatives.

Kerry reassured Asian leaders that the Obama Administration will still be committed to doing business with Asia after the government shutdown ends in the near future. He said, "No one should mistake what is happening in Washington as anything more than a moment in politics.

We've all seen it before and we'll probably see it again. But I guarantee you we will move beyond this and it and we will move beyond it with strength and determination."

He joked, “In 2004, obviously, I worked very, very hard to replace a president. This is not what I had in mind."

It’s not out of the realm of possibility; one senior editor of the Chinese government’s China's People's Daily wrote, "now is the time for China to use its 'financial weapon' to teach the United States a lesson if it moves forward with a plan to sale arms to Taiwan."
