Just as these cowards have always done, when the shit hits the streets, Communist sympathizers always abandon their SHIPS. As we have heard recently Harry Reid got an Obamacare waiver for the entre state of Nevada. 

Now we find that Nancy Pelosi has obtained waivers for some of the swankiest SOCIALIST eateries and hotels, and tourist establishments in San Fransicko.

As the list of Obama cronies; including major unions; grows, those who can opt out of his Deathcare plan seem to all be screaming foul.

---and other Dems. on the Hill have just called for their partners in crime to join Republicans in appealing the IPAB provision of the Deathcare plan. This is the unelected and unaccountable "independent council of experts" who will decide who gets what care or not---THE DEATH PANEL.

AARP has come out with a statement that this provision would hurt the seniors who they represent. Doctors are fleeing the Medicare ranks now and this trend will almost surely increase as most of America's doctors are approaching retirement age and will not continue to practice under these new restrictive, wasteful, and loss leading Medicare regulations. Last month insurance providers for pensioners and government employees nationwide have declared that they will not participate in the Deathcare options as they would raise insurance costs dramatically and limit care to their policy holders Nitt Romney will not acknowledge it, but this trend is quite evident in Mass. as his own plan has evolved.

WHERE WERE THESE FOOLS WHEN THE POLICY WAS DEBATED, AND THE VOTES WERE CAST TWO YEARS AGO?

THE THUG WATCH--part two

In this Steubenville Herald Star article you will see that my local police force is extremely busy advancing union policy by going door to door to; frankly intimidate locals into signing a petition. The police union president is seen here with the fire union head as they plan their petition drive to put a referendum on the ballot this November repealing Ohio Senate Bill 5.

 Governor Kasich has signed into law Senate Bill 5 which severely restricts public sector unions--going even further than the Wisconsin bill did. HOORAY for him! 
However, the union push is on to intimidate local voters into voting as they would wish. One local Ohio community had Police and Fire union members at the polling sites in the May primaries to see to it that their wishes were heard loud and clear.
WE HERE IN THIS VALLEY ARE VERY INDEPENDENT MINDED CITIZENS.
We will not tolerate bullys from "either side of the street"--as it were.

There is a trend in America today to take away our Second and Fourth Ammendment rights.
In Indiana, Jstice Steven David (A Mitch Daniels Appointee)  has ruled that citizens have no right to defend themselves against unlawful police entry.
Today I hear that the Supreme Court has ruled against Kentucky in a similar case involving "police home invasions".

When our Constitutional rights are threatened we must take a stand---no matter who the offender may be.

THE THUG WATCH--part one

In this Steubenville Herald Star article you will see that the shootings continue unabated in my city. There have been two arrests in past weeks in the more obvious cases, but street violence in the HOOD is on the rise.
One house on the next block was broken into three times last month. Games and a flat screen TV were stolen first. The next time food and copper piping were snatched.
Thugs lie in wait near local banks on the first of the month to rob the elderly of their government checks.
Blood stains the walls and runs in the street near the local "Ghetto Gas" carryout as weak minded patrons are attacked in and around the store.
Local apartment dwellers are robbed as they enter their homes with their entitlement cash.
 Last month my own son was attacked and beaten outside my house by three black "yutes" in order to steal his I-Pod.
My next door neighbor was beaten and robbed last week as well right outside his home by the same thugs.
I went after them as soon as I heard the commotion, but they had fled. I will not back down and being well armed AT ALL TIMES the punks tend to avoid close contact with me personally. I don't like having a reputation; but sometimes it comes in handy. I have suffered a few broken windows over it, but that is all---so far.
The problem is that when the police cannot, or do not stop these attacks sooner or later someone will take reprisals on their own. Then, inevitably, some "poor disadvantaged kid" will get hurt and a respectable member of the community who has defended himself, or his property, will be in the crosshairs of our local  liberal legal beagles.

I support any and all attempts to arrest and prosecute these "gangstas" but I do not support police thuggery either.----Please read part two of this posting---

Will The Reptillians Win The War?

I have been reticent in posting on what I believe is a crucial policy struggle throughout our nation. This is the battle for our rights to our own resources and use of our own land for agriculture. I am proud to call Marita K. Noon a Facebook friend.

 She is on the front lines in New Mexico rallying against the Obama EPA and their land grab which will put thousands if not millions of acres in NM and Texas off limits to development; including drilling and agriculture. This would also ban power lines and road construction.

The EPA has included one small southwestern lizard on it's widely expanding endangered species list. Several hundreds of other species are set for addition to this list which will strangle any future growth in all economic sectors. 

 This is a lengthy video, but it explains fully her stance on this issue. I have posted a link to the Freedom Works site on my Facebook page where you can sign a new petition to stop the Obummer EPA train in it's tracks. Letters will be sent to your representatives automatically upon your approval. I know that petition drives are met with little enthusiasm on Capital Hill, but this movement seems to be picking up steam.

  

Will Obama's Energy Policy Sink Him?

The best part of this attempted flogging of Big Oil by committee chair Sen. Baucus was when Sen. Orin Hatch brought out his depiction of this hearing as a dog and pony show; and said he knew who the dog represents and who the pony was; "AND WHO THE HORSE'S ASS IS TOO" while glancing at Baucus.

The glaring truth of the matter is--Thie Obama Regime has no energy policy--only a political agenda driven by the radical environmentalists and driving this nation nowhere fast.

In his weekend address Obummer attemted to address the lack of administration policy with the same old class warfare attack on the oil industry--while claiming to OK lease aggreements which will start drilling on more Alaskan and offshore sites. I will believe this Big Fat One when I see the evidence.

It remains perfectly clear to me that these drilling rights have about as much chance of passing through all the hoops and obstacles that the Left has put in the way as Texas has of getting any assistance from this totaly partisan and corrupt administration.

Obummer spikes his own ball in New York yesterday, but Americans are not permitted the same satisfaction. I am tired of this charade, and especially tired of being told what American values are by a man with NONE! Several 9-11 victims refused to attend HIS photo op. They were sent form letters saying, "Dear 9-11 victim, would you please attend...". 

How crass can you get. This will be the first and only time you see The Dear Leader at ground zero. There is political hay to make right now--after this he will crawl home to his "Code Pink" base and go all sweetness and light on us again.

Obama is staying out of the line of fire during the real time feed, and should anything go awry with the Seal team raid on Osama he will hang the blame elsewhere. Panetta has a look of assuredness as the mission proceeds as planned. Biden wants to be in charge, or to have the appearance of it. Hillary is feigning shock and awe and pure innocence at the sheer violence of it all. 

As we know now the Bush strategy of interrogation and intelligence gathering as well as a well laid plan for infiltration and eventual capture of bin Laden was in place for years and Obama simply let the chips fall where they may until he saw his chance to gain politically from a well timed move...shrewd and cunning...I will credit HIM with that. Today I heard that Barney Frank has accused Eric Cantor of politicizing the death of bin Laden by giving credit to both Bush and Obama. Obama dithered for months on this raid; until his hand was forced by a leaky intelligence chain and a complicit Pakistani military. Only political motives were at work here for the Regime, or the whole thing might never have happened.
